Do you want to climb the ladder to upper management? And connect your career with your studies? Our Master of Arts in Business and Organisation is a four-semester degree that prepares you for your future tasks and challenges at the top level of international corporations. Primary emphasis is placed on practical knowledge that helps you to tackle business challenges with focused questions, precise analysis and effective solutions. The special features of global corporations are also investigated, along with changes in ethics and culture in business.
This degree programme is currently only available as a distance learning offer and will be replaced by the Master of Arts in Business Management and Development in the winter semester 2017/18.
Requirements for successful admission to this master’s programme are listed below.
- A bachelor’s in business economics or other related fields such as economics, commercial law, industrial engineering, business informatics, economic history, economic sociology, business ethics, business education, industrial psychology or business mathematics
- Submission of application documents online (link to English form) with your CV, letter of motivation and references
- Applicants who are non-native speakers of their chosen language of instruction – German or English – must include proof of level C1 proficiency in that language

47 monthly payments of €240 each, excluding the final installment of €120 and the examination fee of €750, payable after your successful registration for the master’s thesis.

The dual work–study model incorporates practical experience: You spend half of the week with us at the University and the other half working at a cooperating company. The split-week model: the perfect mix of theory and practice!
